I had contacted Gilbert Naidoo, Manager: Consumer Relations with regard to a query on my credit profile. Even though it turned out that XDS were not at fault, Gilbert assisted me by explaining the credit beareaus processes and giving me extensive advice on how to handle the situation with the other beareau and the instructing institiution.
Gilbert even offered to assist me further once I had obtained a free report from the other beareau, even though his part was done, and he had assisted me as far as he could in his capacity as employee of XDS.
It is very rare to experience someone going the extra mile, and I am very grateful for Gilbert's assistance and very kind manner. I was contacted within the hour by Gilbert and my query was solved on the part of XDS immediately!
