My daughter went to Saudi Arabia on Monday night. Monday morning we went to the bank to find out about which card is the best to use and they said she must make use of het credit card and as long as the card has a 4 digit pin it will be accepted. When she arrived in Saudi she wanted to pay for water but the card was rejected. She immediately phoned me and asked to help. I phoned credit card division and they said she must phone them herself, which I do understand but she can't phone because she need airtime or a new sim which she cannot buy because her card don't work. She sent them a mail with the request. This is now Thursday and its still not working. When I phoned them yesterday, wanted to know if she can now use her card, only yes or no they refused to give me the info. in the meantime she is sitting in a new country without a phone and with no money. Is this really to much to ask? I do understand that they must have security but surely someone must understand her situation and be able to help her. Her client code is MAASSI 003
