They cancelled my policy without informing me- glitch on the system. Now they expect me to pay three months instalments to reinstate my policy- EVEN IF IT WAS THEIR FAULT.They never even informed me that the policy was cancelled-!!! QUESTION- WHO WOULD HAVE PAID IN THE EVENT THAT I NEEDED TO CLAIM??? Not even a phone call after numerous emails for feedback from management.shocking!!! LAST FOR WOMEN is what they should be called.
