My geyser burst two weeks ago. The geyser was replaced the same day but the electrician only came to connect the geyser 4 days later. so for almost a week we went without hot water.
Then the damage has to be repaired, they send people to quote them redoing the floors and rebuild the cupboards but guess what we have not heard from them since. its now going for three weeks with a smelly house, and cupboards that looking terrible. Please note that parts of the cupboards have rusted and i found my 1 year old on his way to hit his twin with that part... basically i am saying that its a high risk for my house and its suppose to be childproofed. Standard bank is on point for their money but when its time for service then you cannot reach them. I cant be holding on the work telephone for a call centre agent who cant even make things happen for me for 15min everytime i have a query. COME ON PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!!
