Today I have requested a ITC Report only to find that DMC has placed a trace alert on my account. I don't know what this is for but as per The Prescriptions Act 68 of 1969, whatever this is should be prescribed, the account with DMC should be closed and the Trace Alert record removed from my ITC profile. There has been no communication between myself and any Debt Collection Agency for more than three years. Whatever account this is, you have no legal right to collect on it and no right to place a Trace Alert on my ITC Profile.
