DMC has placed a trace alert on my ITC account for a Home Choice account which has prescibed. as per The Prescriptions Act 68 of 1969, this is should be prescribed, the account with DMC should be closed and the Trace Alert record removed from my ITC profile. you have no legal right to collect on it and no right to place a Trace Alert on my ITC Profile. As far as my knowledge goes, this debt was written off. I haven't received any notices I feel like I'm being trick into paying for something, that is written off. I requested legal documentation that can't be produced.
