Got my credit report and I see a trace alert from MBD, phoned the call center and I spoke to Nthabiseng and she said its for MTN. This account dates back to 2008 and had prescribed! She told me to get a letter from court that this debt has prescribed?!? This is not the first time MBD has placed a trace alert on my profile and I am getting sick and tired of this!!!
