I went to African bank gezina voortrekkewr multiple times for 1 application, they always sit and laugh and eat and we must just wait. i didn't dair to say anything cause the lady that said something that was before me just sat down and she was declined on the spot.
i applied and signed twice for my loan but the documents just doesn't leave their offices. every time i get there they take it out of the same drawer i spoke to their head office as well and i had to go back 3 times to ask them to send through the docs but still nothing.
i really do not know what to do as i explained to the lady assisting me the money was for my kids birthday and i couldn't make it because they sit around and do nothing.
the lady that did the application took me to the branch manager to ask why it has not been sent in and she replied I CAN SEND IT IN WHEN I WANT. but i cannot afford to go get statements for a third time. all docs are in order but they refuse to send it through for payment. work confirmation was done yesterday 2/05/2013
i want this to be sorted out as soon as possible!!! please
