Deduction from my personal account without my auth

I have been banking with FNB for more than 15 years, and do not understand how a branch manager doesn't even want to discuss my complaint and even worst, can't treat you with respect (even though I'm the one with the complaint and I have to remain calm and collected).

I do believe I have been done injustice; herewith please find my concern being raised and I ask kindly for assistance in this regards.
. I have been contacted by an attorney appointed by FNB to do collections on my account, since I've been contacted via them I've always made arrangements for making payments and also kept within the payment arrangements.

Yesterday my personal account was debited by FNB with two amounts, R1500 and immediately afterwards with R2500.

Visiting the Thabazimbi Branch today I was informed that I will not be credited with the total amount of R4000. I need to understand how my account can be debited without my authorisation or my knowledge thereof.

According to the Thabazimbi Branch Manager, the attorneys have not communicated arrangements to FNB and therefor they are entitled to make transactions on my account as they like. How will I manage to survive, does FNB really care?
