I insured my property with Absa as my bond is also there. I would just like to warn everyone NOT to make the same mistake I did!! Getting feedback on my claim is proving to be an impossible task. Not only is the number that they give you on te website WRONG and you end up being transferred TWO or THREE times after waiting 15 minutes on the line, but when you do eventually get through they referred me to the accessor??? So now when I phoned the accessor (also after 15 minute wait and being transferred a few times) I get told to GET A HOLD OF ABSA??!!! After pushing the gentleman for any kind og feedback on my claim he tells me it has been REJECTED. And no one bothers to inform me or give me an opportunity to challenge the basis of the rejection. ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ABSA AND ACCESSEXPRESS. I recommend PSG/Santam as at least they PHONE you and give you feedback. APALLING. My claim no: 2481228
