I was on the phone yesterday for 2 hours with Miway consultant Thembi, with no results. I found out that my policy was suspended (without notification or my knowledge) because of my wedding ring valuation not being the same amount as the insurred amount. I was not aware of this, as I added my ring to the policy almost 2 years ago, and there has never been a problem. No communication or notification was sent to me. My debit order did not go off, and my rewards did not pay out. My policy amount also apparently went up, even though my car's value drops and no schedule or notification was sent. Thembi stated that she would advise me on the debit order, new policy schedule, rewards amount and pay out date, as well as who changed my insurred amount of ring by end of yesterday. No feedback was given... I would like to know who added the incorrect insurred amount for my ring, when will this months's debit order go off, I would like to know what the rewards amount is, when it will be paid out, I would like to have my policy schedule for March 2011 when the ring was added, as well as my new policy schedule for now, I would like to know why my policy was suspended without notification.
