Hi I borrowed a loan at RCS 11 month ago, we have an agreement of! 8 month, but everytime when they send me a statement it is the same amount of money that I borrowed, What I want to know is what is happening to the rest of the money that RCS is debiting on my account every month end, I'm not happy about this, i send them emails they never responded me.
