Dissapointment with FNB

I decided to move to FNB Premier Banking. I was not happy with the service I was receiving from ABSA platinum. I have heard some good things of FNB and I thought that was a bank that is forward thinking.
Brett from FNB came to see me and we went though the whole move and how it was going to happen. It sounded great and he assured me that he will assist me throughout the move and I can call him or email him when ever I have any additional questions. GREAT I thought now I'm on the right track.
WRONG. I have not been able to get hold of Brett again. I have left him several voice messages and emailed him. NO res ponce. I have contacted Premium Banking FNB. This was due to the fact that I was concerned about my debit orders being switched over to FNB and I wanted to leave enough money in ABSA to cover the ones that have not been switch over as jet. I spoke to a gentleman that deals with the debit orders and he informed me that my "Personal Banker" send through a copy that they could not read on the 1st November 2013. I called them on the 15th Nov. No one called me to inform me. I have called and emailed Premium Banking no one has called me what am i suppose to do to get a call.
