Cleo Prince called to arrange a debit order early this month we agreed that she can debit me R1100.00 and to my surprise the amount was debited twice and this was something i had not planned for and i called Absa to enquire and spoke to Nosipho who advised that this was done in error and a refund will be done within 24hrs and since 20/06/2013 and its now 24/06/2013 and there is no refund. And when you phone 0115015020 you will be on hold for 1hr.

I just move my banking to Absa and it seems I'm not getting any joy and if this is not resolved, i will move my banking effective this month.
