I have a transaction on my credit card which was logged more than a month ago as this is a transaction. My credit card has been broken and cannot be used. I did stop the card however I got an e-mail today stating that a chargeback cannot be done as they have a voucher and on top of this I have to pay R55 for the cost of retrieving this voucher. There could be a duplicate card somewhere out there. Seriously!
