Lost my money

I purchased an item on ucount rewards 3 weeks ago and at the moment they did have stock . when i made the purchase it went through and 2 days later i phoned them to find out how long it going to take than they told me thay cant see the payment, a week later they tracked down the payment but then the item was out of stock so they said that they will refund me in 7 working days but today its more than 11 days and every time if phone them they said they will get back to me but got no responce back yet and every time they say they cant allocate the money where i wait for 20 min on the line at my cost only for them to tell me that they gonna refund but nobody can tell me when and if i ask them a question they change the subject . they owe me an amount of R 1584-00 which they lost and it seems like every time if phone they are trying to delay the refund . i have been a customer of standard bank for 4 years and this is the worst service if received so var . i am not happy at all as they are telling me what to do and paying me when they get time if they gonna pay me cause nobody seems to know were my money is . i will be taking steps.
