SHOCKING SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINTS

I've had ongoing problems with Standard Bank over the last 2 years. The last debacle being with my UCount Rewards card-being provided completely contradicting info. I applied for the card in June, specifically asking that it be sent to my branch due to mail delivery issues. I notified my 'prestige banker' that the card would be sent to the branch, for her attention. I followed up on the card in July, only to be informed by the same prestige banker, that there is no option to send the card to the customer's branch. What ensued can only be described as a circus, resulting in me cancelling the application. I've had to provide my FICA documents to my branch on 3 separate occasions. When my a/c was upgraded, I was provided with a 'new' credit card but the card division did not transfer the debit balance from the old card to the new one, so I had 2 credit cards, both with credit limits available. Took me 3-4 phone calls to sort out. I was issued with a new chq book also-only to discover there was a whole chq book missing between the one in my possession and the new one. Again, many calls & visits to the bank. I've lodged many complaints & threatened to move my business - no response!!!
