ABSA Centurion offine for 6 Days!!

I am trying to update my will with my personal banker Hermien van Burick but it has now been 6 days since I requested it to be done and send all the documents through as a matter of urgency (Leaving on a long vacation and want the will to be up to date). She informed me today that the system has been offline since the day I sent the request, what can cause a bank like ABSA to be offline for 6 days!!!
