Being under debt review does not faze them out. Waiting for African Bank to process your disability claim does not faze them out. They will take / your money, does not matter how they do it, if they want it, they will take it. Their reason? We've got the right to do so. Being under debt review does not help, they will accept a court order, and still deduct the short fall from your account. Doing business with them, as everyone else, you have to take insurance, should you get permanently disable or retrenched or die, the insurance covers your business. We've processed our claim, handed in the dr's letters and reports, that cost us a R 1400 to get, and still we're waiting, but every month, they just take from our account. I'm so sick and tired of being pushed and shoved around by useless senseless individuals that just does not care.
