I placed an order via the Greenback website on the 14th of October. Towards the end of October maybe early November I contacted the call centre to find out what the status of my order is. The call centre agent logged a query and two days later I received notification that the query was resolved. Still nothing happened. Then on 13 November I logged another query via the ask once facility. Vis Govender got back to me requesting the order number and to date I have had no feedback yet.
I don't know whether or not I am going to receive the order or what the status is. No one at Nedbank seems to be able to answer my questions.
