I have submitted a 3rd party claim at discovery for a month now and they have not acknowledged nor respond. I sent an email to the legal department, I have been calling daily. The forms that they sent to me have a policy statement, saying that they will respond within 48 hours after sending all the required documents. I dont believe how they could have stayed such long without responding to my claim. Bad service at discovery insure.
