8QDU9BWE FNB disregard my request online

I have recently got the surprise of my life when charged R100 for maintenance on my banking account.
I have been a customer for years and now am a pensioner and apparently I am not putting enough money into the account per month. I have NEVER HAD AN OVERDRAFT. NEVER MISSED A DEBIT ORDER. LIVED OVERSEAS FOR 6 YEARS AND KEPT MY ACCOUNT WITH INTEGRITY. I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER OF MY BRANCH WIERDA VALLEY WHO HAD NOTHING TO OFFER ME. I WENT ONLINE AND FOUND A DIFFERENT TYPE OF ACCOUNT AND WANTED TO GET MORE INFO SO I COMPLETED THE ONLINE REQUEST ON 20.11.2013. TODAY STILL NOT REPLY OR HELP.
