African Bank? bad services

I made arrangements for African bank to deduct R150 from my account because i could no longer afford to pay R775, i went to an ellerins branch in cape town where they put me trough to their head office call centre in Johannesburg, i spoke to a lady by the name of Octivia who was very rude on the phone with me, i asked her to email me a statement on the arrangement i made, she told me she can not give it to me because their calls are recorded there was no need for me to get an arrangemet statement, she dropped the call on me while i was giving her my email address, according to the NCA i am entitled to recieve documentations of arragements i make with a credit provider, i can not get my R775 refund back because they failed to load the arrangements on the system.
