While idling my car at the robot waiting for it to turn green, I was crashed into the rear from a person insured with Discovery Insure. I was told by the person that Discovery would contact me to arrange for a third party settlement, but no one contacted me. After much frustration I managed to get an email address [Email Removed] who then sent me the claim forms. I have completed it and attached all the necessary docs but have not even received a confirmation of receipt. When trying to speak to someone regarding the status of my claim, I am transferred to a queue where I have to wait for around 30 mins just to be disconnected. I currently have discovery medical aid and have never claimed before and this raised some concens whether this is the best company to be with. Anyway my third party claim number is 138985 and I need to know the status of my claim as my car needs to be repaired ASAP.
