Though its and absa product unable to link it to my mobile as with absa credit card. Statements always arrive late. One has never defaulted payment as payment always debited end of statement date and for the full amount. However after noticing the payment had not gone through due to not lnowin exactly when the start an end date is. Also not receiving statements atleast via email whilst postal is late.

This was noticved today whilst in Absa after attempted again to load it onto ones mobile profile together with other accounts and was not possible. Hence have called Lusuno and enlightened her of my problem having faced on this occasion as these are mitigating circumstances as stated above again: not being able load on to the mobile as absa product but can load absa staterment on and view instantly; receiving virgin money statrmnts late and no email statements.
Also asked Lusuno to pass me on to her manger to which she checked and replied to wait as she was busy on another call. Thereafter was curious what one actually wanted and than stated she would get her manager to call.
Guess what no one called. Consultants represent companies always failed to find where the flaw and shun
