I am ready to move all my accounts including my bond to another bank. I HATE the new online banking. It is horrific. I cannot transfer funds to my credit card budget items. When I phoned online banking I held on and held on and held on and held on and eventually I was cut off.
Kindly put your website back to how it was. It worked just fine, or at very least, sort out your payment options. This is ridiculous, and I, the CUSTOMER, am not happy. You may like your website, but we who use it DONT.
