My order amounted to R180.80. A faulty speedpoint was used by a teller, Rose. I paid by credit card and there was a problem with the speedpoint. I explained & showed Rose & Kupa that the transaction had gone off on my cellphone banking. They insisted I pay again, this time using a different speedpoint. I did because I wanted my Nandos. Again I showed them that R180.80 was again debited off my account.
Kupa dismissed my concern and said if indeed I payed twice then I must bring a bank statement and he will refund me. I find this totally unacceptable & poor management from Kupa. Do I now have to ask time off work and queue at the bank for a bank statement for which I will pay because Nandos had a faulty speedpoint?
