POOR SERVICE

Two month ago i phoned avbob call center and asked them what should i do when i want to remove some people on my funeral policy and i was told to fax a signed letter with all the details which i did and they also told me that it will take 5 working days. even now they have not removed those people and they are still deducting full amount. i feel that you guys are me my hard working money and its not far @all
