I would like for Standard Bank Group Ltd. Insurance to start taking some responsibilities, I reported that my roof was damaged by hail storm on the 11 of November and the roof is leaking. the assessor was sent to my property and took photos on the 16th of November. Since then I haven't heard from either party. I shifted things around but the leaking is getting worse and damaging my furniture, are you going to take a responsibility for this?
