This is to indicate total dismay and hostage Avbob is enforcing on us. Some years back, my mom opened a policy for me with Avbob while I was still a student, staying away from home. Now I'm a grown man, and the poor woman is not coping with payments. She tried several times to cancel the Avbob insurance, and she's always told ONLY I can cancel that policy. I went to Avbob HEad office, the useless front desk lady told me< I can't cancel that policy as I need permission from my mother to do that.
I stay worlds apart from her, and today when she went to Polokwane offices again, she was told, again, that ONLY ME, can cancel this policy. Can someone senior at Avbob get involved and help put this long dragging matter to bed? All the poor lady needs is her money back, I am man enough and have my own policies with companies that treat people with respect, unlike you, who make one feel like a tennis ball, bouncing from one end to the next.
I am totally disgusted, and needs this sorted IMMEDIATELY.
