The customer service @ Clearwater Mall Standard Bank is up to! My wife & I applied for another debit card on my account for her, we had to both go in TWICE already for the application & now they say that NO APPLICATION HAS BEEN MADE!!
They didn't send the application in & now we must BOTH take off work AGAIN to go and sort this out. This is unacceptable!!
Somewhere, someone must be able to help us with a simple request like this...
