Can't people at Standard Bank read??

I recently applied to join the UCount Rewards program. On the application I was asked for my residential and postal address and I supplied both, which are different from each other. Why then did Standard Bank choose to send my rewards card to my residential address and not my postal??? The card landed at my house yesterday, where my dogs decided to chew my new card... all because someone at Standard Bank didn't bother to read my application properly. I want a new card please, at no cost to me, posted to my POSTAL address.
