IM BEYOND UPSET AT THE FACT THAT I HAD MY CARD SWALLOWED BY A SUPPPOSEDLY WORKING ATM MACHING IN RANDBURG YESTERDAY AFTERNOON WHEN TRYING TO WITHDRAW MONEY TO GET PETROL TO GO HOME. YOU APOLOGISE FOR THE INCON, I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO FORGIVE YOU, BUT GUESS WHAT, I STILL HAD TO GET SOMEONE FROM SPRUITVIEW TO COME TO MY RESCUE AS I STOOD THERE WITH EGG ON MY FACE TRYING TO GET HOME. "YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR A NEW CARD" SHE SAYS, AWESOME STUFF, BUT WHOS TIME WILL I BE USING TO GET TO YOUR BRANCH TO GET A NEW FLIPPEN CARD GIVEN THAT I KNOCK OFF AT 7 IN THE EVENING, ARE YOU OPEN THEN??? CONSTANCE WAS AMAZING IN HOW SHE HELPED ME BUT I MUST SAY I AM BEYOND UPSET AT WHAT TOOK PLACE YESTERDAY, YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN REAL GOOD TO ME OVER THE YEARS, EMPHASIS ON RRRRREEEAAAALLL GOOOOOOD BUT FOR PETE SAKE MAN . THIS IS NONSENSE..SERVICE YOUR MACHINES . 2 MONTHS AGO I WITHDRAW AND MY CASH DOESNT COME OUT, I WAS GIVEN MY MONEY BACK, AWESOME STUFF, THIS TIME MY CARD JUST GOES WITH THE WIND. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER ELECTRONIC DEVICES BUT MAKE AMENDS TO GET THEM CHECKED ESPECIALLY WHEN I WILL PROBABLY HAVE UNPAID DEBITS TO SETTLE DUE TO YOUR MACHINE BEING FAULTY. #JUST SAYING
