Hail damage to the roof on 11 Nov and Standard bank insurance has done nothing yet to fix the problem and the roof is still leaking each time it rains. An assessor came out and that was the last I heard. This is absolutely shocking service and I do not know why I am paying for insurance when nothing is done and it has been a month already.
