Reference number 105803005, reported my house's roof that leaks very badly after hail storms we had in December. Firstly it is now more than six weeks since I have reported my roof leaking which is damaging my ceiling boards my paint inside and my kitchen cupboards and to date I have no feed back no repose. The so called assessor that came to look at my house told my husband that the inside damages they will fix but the roof itself is maintenance any fool can see my roof has been fixed and painted no even a year ago so now if the hail hits dents into my corrugated iron roof they are not fixing it - why not? And the damage inside the house WHEN ARE THEY FIXING THAT??? But boy skip one payment on your insurance then they cancel your insurance but they can take months to fix your house and cause more and more damage to your property and you can not get your own people to fix it and then claim back.
