Very Very Angry Custome

I received an sms from old mutual today (08/11/2013) The sms reads" your old mutual account can still be revived" I was shocked so I phoned the call centre to find out what was happening because my account is active and there in nothing that I know of that is wrong. I was even more shocked when she told me that my account is inactive because I added more people in August and they were suppose to get more money from my salary but they did not they were still getting the same old amount. Old mutual contacts the HR dept directly once you sign the papers when you are joining them. my questions are 1. they still take the old amount then why my account is inactive why don't they carry on covering those who were covered for years. 2. Why I was not told about this only got a lousy sms after 3 months. How can they do this to me. Any of these people who have been covered for more then 5 yrs have to die or if I die today I won't even get a cent after paying for more that 5 yrs and I m still paying. I'm so angry. you will sit at home comfortable thinking that you are covered but no.
