FNB my Money

I have a personal loan with FNB which I pay every month, this month they have decided to debit my account for the balance of the amount owing. I'm highly appalled that FNB has deducted quiet a substantial amount of money from my account without prior notification or any agreement from me. Apart from this being very depressing on a personal level, legally it is absolutely unlawfull. I feel robbed and being an FNB customer also I feel I can't even trust my bank. I have visited the branch and was told there was nothing they could do to change the situation, talk about customer service!!! I'm in the process of taking this to consumer council as I am certain this is against the CPA as well!
