Bad Service and NO Personal attention

I lodged a "pls call me back" on Thursday, ref:1385044534000. This sent as "client needs to change his details to his policy", NO RESPONSE! Then on Friday I sent another "pls call me back" ref:1385101099000. NO CALL BACK! Then another, ref:1385121863000, but this time I used the details "Client wants to cancel his policy"! Well I got a call back in a flash, but when the lady found out I didn't want to cancel but just amend my policy she said she cant deal with this but will get a customer consultant to call me back straight away. Guess what no-one did. So I decided to call them but MiWay closes at 13:00 on Saturday and only open on Monday again!! Lucky for me my geyser burst on Saturday and they not only can't give me any information about how this claim will effect me in any kind of way, but they don't even have the right house I currently live in as insured! Even though I have the policy right in front of me! How can they not have the right details? Bad service... Only interested in taking your money.. and unless you threaten to leave them they don't care about you... R400 option starting to sound tempting...
