Account debited but P/Loan not settled

I have made contact with FNB four times in the period of May month with regards to the settlement of a personal loan, see below

1. Begin of May I contacted FNB advising them that end of May will be my last month for the personal loan and the balance (R379.76) left on the loan was less than the instalment amount (R416.00). The person who I spoke to advised me that they are aware and only the balance (R379.76) of the loan will be deducted from my Debit account.
2. 24th of May FNB deducted the balance (R379.76) amount but didn't allocate this to the personal loan.
3. 28th of May I contacted FNB advising them of the situation and was told that that it will reflect today 29/05 (as it takes 3-4working days).
4. 29th FNB deducts a further (R387.25) due to arrears on the loan. I call them again and was told this was a technical error and monies will reflect before COB today 29th.

Further more no one at the contact centre can give me straight answers to my questions asked, w.r.t an extension reflecting on my online banking statement for subject loan and also monies have not been returned as promised.

I am very unsatisfied with the way FNB has handled this situation...
