I visited the Ned bank branch in Alberton to close my account due to the fact I kept having issues with my activity. I closed the account and opened a new standard account, I was told all direct debts ect would be automatically moved. any way long story short this did not happen, Instead the only debt order I did have my Ned bank personal loan was never moved, And no this month Ned bank took R4156.57 out of my account with NO warning or notification.
As I have been since told my personal loan fall behind, However the month before they took R1900 out my account. Which is my normal payment.
I have been trying to sort out a refund for over a week now as I have been told I have liver failure and this money was for my dialysis and without this money I cannot have treatment.
So far everyone at Ned bank I have spoken to which is 17 which is costing me a fortune on the phone.
It appears that Ned Bank have taken to underhanded and just plane down "I don't care" attitude in doing business these days, I am sad to say I have been with them for 5yrs now and will be more than happy to say good bye to Ned bank as a service provide
