Since I joined Standard Bank, I have been dealing with Pearl Molefe, Personal banker from Alberton Branch.
She is ALWAYS, professional, always friendly and explains exactly what I can expect. She always reverts to me when I ask her to do so, and has a lot of patience.
Please don't take her away from the Alberton Branch or prestige banking department, I can always see her smiling when she talks to me over the phone
