Failure to provide interest breakdown on home loan

I have been trying for over a week to get a day by day interest calculation on my home loan as I suspect Std Bank is overcharging me. I have got an sms that tells me it's calculated monthly. I have got phone calls telling me it's calculated daily. I have received a number of contradictory explanations, emails, phone calls and text. I asked AGAIN for the detailed breakdown last week and was told by an operator who called me today that I can't get it (she later said it was just that she couldn't give it to me - this was after she wasted 20 minutes of my time). She also did her own calculation (she called it an estimate though) which said that this month I should pay MORE interest than what I paid in September, despite the fact that there are the same number of days in September and November AND my capital loan amount is R10, 000 less than it was then. She couldn't explain this, nor could she explain the numerous contradictory statements Standard Bank employees have given me. She then told me she doesn't even deal with figures. LACK OF TRANSPARENCY. LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY. LACK OF EVEN MILDLY ADEQUATE SERVICE.
