REFUSAL TO AUTHORIZE SERVICE, TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have an existing contract with Liquid Capital for a Warranty on my VW POLO 1.6i, prior to this I have had a VW Service plan and upon completion of that I immediately started with Liquid Capital (through SA Warranties). I have sent my car in for repairs, an assessor has came out and approved the work, upon completion I was asked to re book my car in for the repairs that where authorized. Upon doing so I was declined this due to a reason being "pre-existing condition'. However this happened during the course of being in a contract with them. I was given the most terrible service from a number of people in the call centre. Each time being reffered to someone else and so on. This went on for a month. Then when going to Liquid Capital personally I received the most unhelpful service from Thabo Matlou (Lead Call Centre Agent) who even before hearing the situation walked out with a cancellation form before even trying to hear or address the issue. This is the pathetic and terrible service and attitude this company has all round and they have no respect or common sense when dealing with clients. If anything can be deemed pre-existing with no proof whats the point. Its daylight
