FNB System de-activates my card!!!

I phoned in today to do the following: Receive email statements instead of posted statements.

One one think that would be pretty simple. System didn't accept my number three times, de-activated my card and then they tell me the following. I must wait for a new pin number, they cannot give me my ORIGINAL pin number. I must then go to an ATM bank or a FNB bank to reclaim my original pin number. Why must I pay for a system -up??? If you want me to waste my time on going to an atm, then FNB should pay at least R100.00 into my account. It is after all YOUR FAULT, not mine!!!

Further to that, I never wanted a pin card number. Security you FNB say, only security for you!! I asked my daily cash limit to be decreased to R0.00 I can't. So now when I have a gun in my mouth, I better hand over the pin or I die. I like the colour silver, first FNB makes it black thanks to the soccer, and then when I patiently wait for my renewal I get not only the useless pin (so useless that even your system buggers it up) and then you hand me a gold card. I mean dirty yellow. :(

Just out of interest sake, now not only no statements to my email address, but also NO WORKING credit card either.
