I want to worn people about the Sport and fitness Club. In 2010 October I was doing shopping with my son and saw the big messaging machines advertised at the mall by the sport and fitness club. I went to find out about the machines and I was told that the machines are available in the gym and since my son has a back problem it will be a great benefit for him, I then joined the gym for him. Ever since that time till today the is not even a single machine in the gym and when I call and asked them about the machine I'm told that the machines are coming. It shows that what ever that was advertised it was not true and that is not fair to customers/clients.
I spoke to the Manager by the name of Makhosi Mahlangu who told me that they are not in a hurry to put the machines because the is no one paying for them and the machine are for spa and not the gym, what frustrates me is that what I was told was not true.
Till today I am paying for something that doesn't benefit to my son and I think it's wrong and unfair, people needs to be aware of this gym and it's promises.
