I really enjoyed the service and level of interaction with Kholisa on November 14, 2013. The service was timely, the she was very knowledgeable and patient -she had all the information I wanted..
She took the time to explain everything I wanted to know in detail and then she called me back when I was at the garage and provided guided instructions as to how to go about redeeming my points. This young lady deserves a promotion - she should be training the rest of the agents at Ucount.
Not only will I continue to use the Ucount programme I will be making sure that friends and family looking for similar products use it as well. When you find service that is accessible and approachable you have to support them to show the rest of the industry the kind of service and commitment customers require.
