Still NO UCount Rewards Card

I am still trying to get my UCount card since June last year when the programme started. After 4 attempts still no card. Can't believe the delivery address can be so difficult and the fact that each business unit have different databases of information. Please could someone get it right. Would love to use the points I have accumulated.
