Poor service and unavailability

My account had been blocked due to FICA requirements, fair enough. I went into this branch to sort it out and N Mapasa was very helpful initially and sorted out the documents as well as updating my information on the system.
However they required my marriage certificate which I did not have on me. I was instructed to email this to N Mapasa. I did so and was then requested for another account invoice in my married name. I emailed this. I was then told that I would need to sign another document (as she stated that my signature had changed over the years) and send it back to her. I did not receive this email. I called the Wierda Valley branch repeatedly and she was not contactable. I asked to speak to a manager and was told none are available they are all in a meeting. I asked to speak to anyone at all and was just transferred to a line that rang without being answered.
Why on earth would anyone want to switch to this bank?
