Asked for settlement balances on both my credit card and loan account. They understand the that the loan account must be closed but not the credit card as money was deducted, Called them on the 25th and asked them to close the credit card and they now tell me it takes 48 hours to refund my money. Today is the 30th and the account is still open and now i am being told its going to take 7 working days! Also i got cut off 4 times from their incompetent agents
