Settlement of credit card account no 74000563516

I have paid up my credit card settlement account with Groenewald Lubbe Inc Attorneys in November 2011 which I am in possssion of the settlement letter. I received an sms in january 29th this year that i have a balance of R7 144 on Afrcan bank credit card. On the 30th they deducted R350.00 from my bank account
